Flex-Module
Description
The Herding® HSL/DELTAFlex module is basically a parallel connection of the compact and bolted HSL and DELTAFlex series of large-scale units.
The housing consists of a rugged steel structure. The different components are bolted together. A horizontal "slotted plate" divides the housing into two spaces which are arranged one above the other and have a common clean gas compartment with hoursing cover. A clean gas socket is available for connecting a pipe line which can lead to an external fan.
The clean gas compartment is closed in turn by a common hopper whose upper flange is fastened to the housing. Components for further conveyance, e.g. rotary air-lock feeders, are fitted to the bottom opening. The hopper is mounted on feet which act as a supporting structure.

Specifics
The filter plants are available in various materials. They can be flanged in place without hoppers. Clean gas outlet, raw gas inlet and dust disposal can all be configured to suit the customer and the process.
