HSL / DELTAFlex
Description
The development of the Herding® HSL/DELTAFlex filter systems has resulted in a series which is compact, space-saving and flexible all at the same time. The systems can also be used in the form of module versions for delivery rates of up to 400,000 m³/h. See also under the FLEX module menu.
The FLEX series filter units are fitted with vertical sinter-plate filters. Herding DELTA, DELTA² or HSL elements can be used to suit the specific requirements of the application.
Benefits
- The upper part of the filter unit consists of an acoustic hood with an integral fan unit and noise-damping baffles. The clean gas is emitted from the system through a discharge opening (to which a flue air pipeline can be connected) or through a discharge grille
- The central part of the filter unit houses the raw gas inlet, the filter elements and integral jet-pulse cleaning system with the compressed air tank and quick-opening valves. All the main components for servicing are easily accessible from the front
- The lower part with the dust discharge can be designed to suit the application and the needs of the customer. In its simplest form it consists of a hopper with a dust collection tank. However, rotary air lock feeders, trough feed screws and customized discharge systems can also be connected to it
Specifics
The system's safety and configuration in accordance with the ATEX directive are coordinated with the owner-user in order to ensure that his needs are met.
The units can be fitted with optional safety equipment or supplemented with accessories to suit specific processes.
