MicroCoat sinter-plate filters are specially adaptes for liquid filtration in purpose-built standard or customized plants. Depending on the application the liquid filter plants are operated with vacuum or low positive pressure (p < 0.5 bar). Herding liquid filter plants are suitable for all cutting fluids and process waters commonly found on the market.

We plan, build and deliver tailor-made system solutions for customer applications. Everything from stand-alone plants to system solutions is possible. Herding liquid filter plants work fully automatically and with great efficiency. The filter media used are noted for their long service life. Useful materials such as carbide can be recovered to a high level of purity through plain surface filtration without the use of filtering agents.

If required, Herding liquid filter plants can also be equipped with ATEX-compliant safety technology.
