DFF-Flex
Description
DFF-Flex filter plants are units for supplying high-performance machine groups or central systems.
DFF-Flex filter plants can hold up to 32 filter elements in a compact configuration. Filter capacities of 150 to 2,000 lpm are possible depending on the number of filter elements.
The DFF-Flex series is characterized by a scraper conveyor which is integrated in the dirty tank and enables the fully automatic discharge of sludge in demand-controlled mode.
DFF-Flex plants are delivered ready for connection and complete with ductwork. They consist of the following main components:
- Open filter tank which is divided into a dirty tank and a clean tank. The filter elements are installed in the dirty tank. The partition wall between the clean tank and the dirty tank is designed as an overflow
- Filtration pump, filtrate pump and back-rinsing pump
- Plant control system which enables fully automatic operation
- Scraper conveyor for automatic sludge discharge
- Clean tank with filtrate pump for supplying the machining units
- Control system and instrumentation. All tanks feature level monitoring
Benefits
Versatile filter plant for supplying several machines, e.g. for all grinding operations with a high degree of material removal. Changing over from emulsion to oil and vice versa is possible without any restrictions. There is no need therefore to decide on the type of coolant in advance when investing in new machining units.
Specifics
Automatic sludge discharge by scraper conveyor. Flexible adjustment of the filter plant capacity by increasing the filter area in the existing tank system using additional filter elements in the reserved positions. Separate filter circuits, e.g. for demand-related, volume-dependent operation of the filter plant on week-ends etc.
