To request a return of the goods we need
Factory number // ID number of the filter system
Order confirmation of the delivered goods (SA ...)
Delivery note number of the delivered goods
Please contact our service team.
You will receive a return of goods ticket with your data provided.
Please complete the mandatory fields in this return ticket and sign:
Error description, cause of error, reason for complaint
Number of returned goods
Pack the goods and attach the completed goods return label to the outside of the packaging. Please note that the goods must always be accompanied by a return ticket.
Return goods to Herding GmbH Filtertechnik.
Note: Without a return of goods ticket, processing is not possible!
